While using Grindr, earlier in 2020 on my Android phone while at my home residence, I went to check location. I noticed my phone's GPS location set to 9330 Highway # 7 Stillwater NS. Checked Google Maps, same thing. If you check the land records, it shows a land transfer even July 5th 2019. I would start compiling The Wolf and the Neural Network – ALPHA approximately June 14th 2022, while on about July 4th 2022, by tracking Journalist David Pugliese, I noticed a directed Posting attack directed towards JDIrving, DND and Government of Canada, which overlapped with my work term at JDIrving. Make no mistake, there is significant evidence of a directed posting pattern, which seems to be associated with Bill C-18 the Online News Act. However, for now, I came across an article of his regarding Cambridge Analytica and a Company named EMIC still working for the government, I checked the Contracts and sure enough the contract Date is July 5th 2019. To which Brett Ruskin, David Pugliese would confirm EMIC and Military Propaganda in Nova Scotia. This “propaganda” overlapped with my “Wolf” and Animal behavioral assessment during the investigation at JDIrving (December 12th 2019 – February 25th 2020). I would explain their behavior as professionals but also as animals, with me being the dog which would evolve into the wolf. In several cases, I discussed howling. Which is basically what the military propaganda in Nova Scotia was as they were even going to use speakers to play wolf noises, or howling. No matter what actually happened, any reasonable person would ask about the associations, while it looks like I got inside their heads also. While I also have military IP’s connecting my systems in another instance... Yea.

It’s unlikely I just happened to catch this and so the Primary Goal seems to have been exposing the Address and its associations with Cambridge Analytica. How could they know about me, this address and its importance? I am literally nobody. And so the breach could only have come from Irving Shipbuilding / DND. If you check the article from David Pugliese, you will see that even though top Members of the Military knew the wolf letter wasn’t Russian Disinformation, they still wanted to call it that. This disorganized response tells me it’s a half truth. An aspect of it was likely was Foreign Disinformation. However, you then need to consider who did it and why.
If this was Law Enforcement, then their Spyware is Planting Evidence on its Targets devices. And given 13 different agencies use spyware then it’s reasonable some vendors overlap or may be in use by other ally governments. This may mean these parties have been tainting evidence pools in the highest of levels of investigations. While it directly implies Bi-Direction capabilities and so can they also delete Photos, Videos or Call Logs on top of Changing GPS? This is serious. I would sometimes play Pokémon Go, in Sherbrooke village with my Dog we literally drove back and forth a small section. This is just a few KM away. What if they were planting evidence to make it look like I was snooping around?
August 2nd 2022 I would drop off evidence at CSIS in Halifax. Shortly after I would be falsely arrested and tortured by Halifax Regional Police.
Emma Briant, involved in exposing the Facebook–Cambridge Analytica data scandal concerning data misuse and disinformation has now taken DND to court over its associations with EMIC, and so Cambridge Analytica. More specifically in this case, the Fake Wolf Letter in Nova Scotia. You can see the direct correlations with my work during the investigation at Irving Shipbuilding. And now with the Military Exercises, any rational person would make the same connections. I did message Emma Briant on March 4th 2024 on LinkedIn to ask questions. No read Receipt, or response. This was only after over two years of inaction from any party and was not what I would like to have done.
It’s clear, David Vigneault, Daniel Rogers, Justin Trudeau, Mike Duheme, and Dennis Daley must have known. They obviously knew before my false arrest and torture and the public will come to the same conclusion. While it looks like DND, RCMP and CSIS covered up for Non Canadians, Billionaires and corrupt Police where there is significant evidence they went as far as to plant evidence on my phone as to label me some “Russian” asset, spy or disinformation when these parties knew for sure, from the start, how actually fucking stupid that is.
I obviously have a lot more technical details and events. There are massive property view spikes, correlating with Emails. Multiple instances of Hacking involving Legal Companies (Burchells LLP and Valent Legal), Internet cutting out on Heuristic Testing, Possible signals from IMSI catcher... and a lot more... In one instance someone may have offered me $50,000 for stories about my life... Multiple instances of identity Theft...
Daniel Rogers – I SEE YOU. I can smell you from Ecum Secum. You know it, I know it, all these agents know it and all of Canada will know it. The longer you hide from it, the worse it is... and don’t fool yourself, your silence isn’t strength. Its fear Daniel. You know, one on one in a room there is a significant chance I hit 51% with a reasonable chance of 70%. Regardless, you will give me what I need to win at that level. You know your gains will only be marginal.
Canadians and men also know I have a legit right to challenge you directly. Think about it... The Big Bad Director of CSIS should be able to dominate some little faggot dog from the sticks right? I won’t ask you for special information or anything like that as we know I’ll figure it out anyway...That isn’t really what I’m looking for... I’ll just ask that you are honest with me and yourself on a personal level.
Then all your agents, the five eyes and daddy can watch you dominate the Big Bad Wolf. Then Daddy will tell you what a good little boy you are! You win! Everything is absolutely to your benefit and the odds are clearly in your favor... So why not? If you accused the wolf then now you have the chance to show them what a big man you are right?
I only have interest in speaking with one person from CSIS – Daniel Rogers. I am giving Daniel Rogers until February 28th 2025, 1 week. I hours should suffice. If the argument from CSIS, DND or Prime Minister is that I’m some sort of bad actor then surely here is the legit chance to justify everything you did? And if you don’t, then I think it’s clear to Canadians that CSIS knows they have called the administration of Justice into Disrepute. This was never about truth or justice, this was about you folks protecting the “right kind of white” and hiding like cowards.
Oh and Daniel... please don’t be offended as I ask this of all men before we meet but can you shower beforehand?
