I know I'm a bit late however, I wanted to make sure this was on the record and I was as sure as I could be.
Early 2020 I found my phone's GPS location set to 9330 Highway #7 Stillwater NS, 40KM from where I live. I was never here before, nor do I know the occupants. I then found pictures of the owner at Irving Shipbuilding, my previous employer. If you backtrack the records for the house you can see it was once owned by the Department of National Resources (DNR). I then correlated contracts for a company named EMIC, a subsidiary of SCL Group and sister company of Cambridge Analytica. IMAGE - https://tinyurl.com/bde6y2mc You'll find both David Pugliese and Bret Ruskin did Articles on EMIC Operating in Nova Scotia while David Pugliese directly posted about the EMIC contracts (Which is how I found them). Their articles and statements from the Military confirm they were running PsyOps or Psychological Warfare, consistent with the Additional Comments Section where it States "Target Audience Analysis" or TAA. Which NATO defines as Psychological warfare.While for posterity I also have Military IP's connecting to my systems. While its important to note the context of the PsyOps these groups are running - It involved Howling Wolves. (Ill give you a hint - it relates to The Wolf and The Neural Network)
Now you're wondering why this matters. While working at Irving Shipbuilding in 2019, i had an issue with my manager, i reported it then immediately had several encounters with HRP (Halifax Regional Police), first a ticket, then my wallet being stolen and ending up in HRP custody where they could deny me security clearance by toggling a case, those officers within 12 days then got lucrative Job transfers to JDirving. An investigation would ensue, and who did they send? Those same officers. Through this investigation, they lied, got caught and I dominated them. August 5th 2020 I would send an email asking for the person "right at the top" to resign, the next Day Premier Stephen McNeil suddenly announced he would be stepping down. Keep in mind, this investigation was sent to the top of the Federal and Provincial Governments, DND and top of JDIrving. It involved directors, managers and VP's. Further resignations, including a chief of police would then follow however this is still not the primary core concern. Just a bit of back story.
There are a few ways I could have found my phone's GPS set to 9330 Highway #7 stillwater NS:
1) Pure random chance would be basically infinitely unlikely. If you drew a 40KM circle around my house in a very rural NS, and then picked a location that was right in someone's living room (in another very rural part of NS), the odds would be astronomical. And then having pictures at my previous employer and the correlation of the EMIC contracts.... the word astronomical seems small in comparison to how unlikely that is.
2) I caught some action by law enforcement. Extremely unlikely, i would have to have been checking my phones GPS all the time which nobody would do. If this was law enforcement, this planted evidence on my device by setting my GPS location here and so may have compromised other investigations and allowed for counter surveillance. Bidirectional capabilities mean a Law Enforcement can plant any type of evidence and should require full disclosure of those logs.
3)Someone wanted to leave a footprint, possibly to frame me to make it look like I was snooping around or something. Consistent with other attempts to frame, harass and target me.
4)Someone wanted me to see that address and go there - but why would DND or RCMP expose an asset like that. They would be better off approaching me as a single person on the street.
5)Someone wanted me to see that address - THE MOST LIKELY OUTCOME. If not, then the spyware DND, RCMP and CSIS are using is planting evidence. This could call into question every case it was used on and they are lucky I caught it before a terrorists lawyer did. While the occupants of this residence themselves may have been exposed and at risk since 2016.
Now, I have no association with that address whatsoever. I also know I'm not part of anything, nor motivated by any outside source. All these involved parties cannot state the same thing. They all face many to many relationships, with me it's many to one. CSIS, DND, and RCMP all know it makes no sense for me to be directly compromised or have some alternative motive, it's 5 years they have every tool at their disposal and nothing. Which means they know the compromise came from within their systems. How else could this party know about Me (Scott Jewers) and the Address 9330 Highway #7 Stillwater NS? These are separate distinct angles. And what might their motivations be?
This is where David Pugliese, Bill-C-18 The Online News Act, EMIC, Postmedia, JDIrving and Cambridge Analytica come into the picture.
Motive, means and Opportunity. Big Enough to directly attract state actors and consistent with JDirving threatening to sue Media in 2019 and announcement of Bill C-18 November 2018. The question seems to be how David Pugliese got access to certain information which has been a question at the core of The Wolf And The Neural Network. And so then given the data relationships and overlaps it's interesting then that Chris Alexander then goes into Parliament and states they have documentation showing David Pugliese was a KGB agent for 30+ years while my recommendation to CSIS and DND was investigating David Pugliese and provided them with the public posting pattern to support general inquiry. This doesn't mean David Pugliese was a KGB agent or anything like that. It indicates that clearly something occurred with David Pugliese. That is an objective fact. Whether it's a false flag or not is a good question. If you factor in TWNN, you start to see a deeper pattern of the possible why. It could be as simple as David getting certain information from undisclosed sources and these sources being state actors or that he has specifically been digitally and physically compromised so that if someone, say a legit source did leak him information, it would be funneled to these actors (because they know he is partial to certain types of leaks). And may be more in line then with other individuals who might have also been accused. It could also be that the government may leak certain information to him themselves or this is a way of protecting him by having people proactively come out and vouch for him. All those good questions aside and regardless if you agree or pick an angle. It objectively then raises another polar and fundamental question... Why would someone fabricate the documents supplied by Chris Alexander? What a strange and risky thing to do. The CIA, FBI, CSIS, RCMP are going to come for you.... And then for CSIS and RCMP to not have acted months before and after is strange. If these documents are fabricated then clearly this was someone trying to manipulate CSIS, RCMP, Government Of Canada and DND. Which brings me to the question of how did Chris Alexander come about this? Was CSIS checking for a leak and setting a trap? Like smoking out "weasels" from their holes. It would explain how quiet they are... perhaps they were already waiting and needed to get players to make moves and this was motivation. Either way, it's a fantastic move in terms of intelligence and counterintelligence as it makes parties have to make plays and makes me hope this was CSIS showing some serious spice.
This aside, the primary target would not be me. Nor did I ever state it was, it was clear I got caught up in something. The Primary Target was the exposure of 9330 Highway #7 Stillwater NS and its associations with EMIC and Cambridge Analytica. These Parties were involved in global election interference, to which there were global parliamentary inquiries. Basically it was a pre-existing condition that already had the attention of the State Actors the good, the bad and the badder. Revealing such associations would have called into question associations with the current Liberal Government (Whom high ranking senior officials signed off on). However it's critical to note that there are also actors from Opposition Parties (See Jason Kenney, Doug Ford, Postmedia and Staff Swaps) who knew about the addresses and may have shared motivations. It could be direct involvement, or that these sources were compromised. ANd so, a state actor found out.
If these were domestic actors then exposing that address and interfering with a federal investigation is treason, which gives CSIS an incredible amount of power in this situation (Which at their level by now I'm sure they already know and may explain some actions or inactions). While from my perspective, All this Data has been publicly amalgamated and provided to CSIS allowing them to act in the public domain, and at recommendation of a technical expert. Basically, if this was the enemy CSIS has been given everything they need to hunt them down including fucking with Chris Alexander and all of you. Which would be my general recommendation given the stakes especially as that very committee would be the clear target of further disinformation (hence the transparency with TWNN)
Now the most likely 3 State Actors are - US, China, and Russia.
Stephen McNeil - China May 2019. (Dating back to November 2018 with the initial Arrest of the two Michaels and Huawei Executives, and then further sentencing when McNeil landed in Halifax May 2019 (Around time my wallet went missing) then release shortly after the 2021 federal election)
EMIC - SCL group - Cambridge Analytica - Russia - China - US - UK (See Wendy Siegelman for detailed information and info graphics. I cannot confirm source nor do i have any type of affiliation and should be used as reference, not fact however, the diagrams provide law enforcement and committee with a clear roadmap for quick verification)
Postmedia - Donald Trump - Conrad Black (May 2019). David Pecker, Dylan Howard and AMI. Jamie Irving, JDriving, Brunswick News Inc.David Pugliese - Bill C-18 The Online News Act. 2018 - through present.
Each of these serious events and players overlap with the start of the EMIC Contract of July 5th 2019. And before my last Day at JDirving July 26th 2019.
All linked to the so-called "Freedom Convoy". The detailed relationship supports that there is direct evidence to suggest direct political interference in the 2019 and 2021 Canadian Federal Elections.
Clearly I can go into much more detail however given the project spanned 5 years it's hard to explain everything especially in a way that works for everyone. While the fundamental question and statement here to the committee is this - If this spyware has been planting evidence (by changing GPS locations etc), this committee should absolutely know about it and take actions to ensure this doesn't compromise its own investigations as should CSIS, DND and RCMP. The vendor needs to be made aware. This is a Fact and a serious issue of National Security and Importance and leverage for the committee to ask questions. While it could very well be, Spyware was used in the case of Mark Norman. Which may also be of interest to the committee.
Committee - My gamble here is simple....if I'm right enough and you missed this especially given the publicly available evidence. It shows Canada's Systems are not fit to handle the interference and shows a massive hole in your own report. It will show you are mostly hearing the shit and piss that you want to hear. Not solid, serious evidence where you can draw and substantiate serious questions and compel lines of questioning. It proves the Media and Journalists cannot be trusted to report it to you. As long as Millions of dollars and Daddies special interests are on the line (Bill C-18 the Online News Act) they will always be protected which is the counter argument to Bill C-18 The Online News Act and why many want Legacy Media gone. Regardless in my opinion it's a clear behavioral substrate state Actors will use to piggy back in. It's because people's behavior is predictable, right down to the committee and your rejection of what you are reading right now just because they are "them" and I am me (Scott Jewers). In hiding their and your own transgressions and inability to face yourselves you then facilitate hiding the transgressions of global actors bumping and nudging you. While in this case it directly supports that Global Actors then used those very specific conditioned dispositions of greed and self interest of a few to engage in a Literal War and Largest Military move in 70+ years...All because they have figured you people out.
All of which highlights an incredible weakness in our National Security and Defense and why these parties chose to attack when they did.
If I'm right and this committee has not acted and does not act then you will hand me the power to do as i choose.... and my recommendation Is to have CSIS light the biggest fucking fire the north has ever fucking seen and smoke out every single weasel who came after Canada. Domestic or International. They will hunt them down... I've already given every bit of access and cooperation as I could, right down to account level. www.TheWolfAndTheNeuralNetwork.com is bait, the same as google analytics. If the fuck tards were watching, this would have given them the best chance of catching them. While showing them how to beat someone like me in the future....
While from the committee's perspective knowledge is power... you 100% know the evidence regarding my GPS being set 9330 Highway #7 Stillwater NS was absolutely Spyware if not CSIS and RCMP would have destroyed me. You can point blank ask Mike Duheme (RCMP) or CSIS and you will know 100% if they are lying or fucking with you. While TWNN then gives you a roadmap of relationships and associations to make your own lines of questioning and inquiry into the motive, means and opportunity. While this may compel CSIS, DND or RCMP to clarify if they know this was a domestic or state actor due to how serious it is. Merry Fuckin Christmas!!!
Basically - The Committee and CSIS get equal power. You get a tool while I get a clear public record of action or inaction from both parties. I've added media, law enforcement, institutions, elections NS, and dozens of lawyers.
